Terms & Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and participation in classes and services offered by EDGE Dance Project e.V. in Mainz.

2. Booking

Participation in all classes requires prior booking via the booking system Eversports.
Bookings are binding.

3. Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of class.

For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class and for no-shows, the following fees apply:

• For regular bookings: the full price of the booked class will be charged

• For bookings via external partners (Hansefit): a fee of 16€ (equivalent to a single class pass) will be charged

4. Participation & Capacity

Class spots are limited. Participation without prior booking cannot be guaranteed.
EDGE Dance Project e.V. reserves the right to deny participation if capacity is reached.

5. External Platform Users (e.g. Hansefit, Urban Sports Club)

Participants booking via external partners must:

• Book their class in advance via Eversports (Hansefit) or through Urban Sport Club

• Check in with the respective partner app upon arrival

Access is only valid with an active membership of the respective partner.

EDGE Dance Project e.V. reserves the right to limit the number of participants from external platforms per class.

6. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to temporary or permanent exclusion from booking future classes.

7. Changes & Cancellations by the Studio

EDGE Dance Project e.V. reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, instructors, or to cancel classes if necessary.

8. Liability

Participation in classes is at the participant’s own risk.
EDGE Dance Project e.V. accepts no liability for injuries, loss, or damage, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

9. Health & Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to take part in classes. In case of doubt, medical advice should be sought prior to participation.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further information can be provided upon request.

11. Final Provisions

German law applies.
